Now that the Porsche 930 Turbo and BMW 507 have been defeated in the two semi-finals by the Mercedes 300SL and Ferrari F40, we’re finally ready for the final encounter to decide the winner of the TCCT Classic Car Trophy 2020.

Along the way, the Mercedes has met and vanquished formidable opponents such as the Ferrari 250 California, while other encounters were slightly easier. The F40 on the other hand, took a much more arduous route, which very nearly cost it the race as foes such as the BMW 507 and the Miura were beaten by the smallest of margins. But this iconic sports car from the 80s, coveted by collectors and the last car presented in person by the late, great Enzo Ferrari has made it to the finals.

Will the winner be the red Ferrari driven by the great tradition of extreme sportsmanship or the Mercedes, which has returned to racing to win big?
